2012 is one of those years for me when I want to be very socially active.   Mind you I’m not usually this active every year. The year before Last i.e. 2010 I didn’t want to see a human face. I have the ability to hibernate on yearly basis from social life, for various reasons. So this year I decided to have a reunion of the old office where I worked. Now there I worked with more than 100 people over the course of 5 years, obviously I made some really good friends and some people I just outright hate, I’m sure they know who they are. So having said that I put aside my differences and invited everyone I knew to a reunion. Also when inviting I made sure I told everyone very clearly that the invitation is open to all just come bring your friends, family whoever, just come we’ll sit down together catch up on the latest, reminisce about the past, enjoy ourselves and go back home thinking the day wasn’t so bad, However, statistically speaking out of the 50+ invitations I sent out, I ...

Bol!!l ??? now!!!! You went to watch that movie now? Now when the DVD’s released as well! How slow can you be? Really does it matter when I watch the movie? I am a fan of Shoaib Mansoor and a patriot at heart of course I’ll go watch this movie on the cinema even if its released on DVD. I’d spend money to go watch it on the big screen even though I am aware that the same movie’s been downloaded on our laptop and all I have to do is watch it some weekend. But hell no! Why would I do that? I’m going to go support my economy, show my appreciation for a good movie and go spend on it! I can’t say if the movie was as much fun as the experience I had watching it. Getting up on a Sunday morning at usual office hours to head to Atrium for a 10:30 show; I know some will call me crazy and others already do but oh boy the fun of it I am not going to be able to erase that away any time soon. For those of you who wish to give me birthday gifts here’s a list of things that I’ve compiled that I believe I need and might help you in making decisions. She was in the kitchen and her mother had just come to ask her to do something, her mom said something and went back to the bedroom. Just as her mom walked out of the kitchen, she heard thunder and turned her head to look out the window… She saw an unbelievable sight, thunder clouds were as low as her second floor window and far into the horizon she could see the sun shining, but the clouds were talking over really fast and they were rumbling and screaming and there was lightening. The darkness was talking over She turned around and called after her mother ‘Ma!’ she was frightened, she wanted to be with her mother, tell her there’s nothing to worry about and to hear the same! Children are such a beauty to look at, they’re soft hands, cute feet, chubby cheeks, angelic chuckle are all such an invitation for you to hug them really tight and kiss them crazy. But as these tiny people grow up they become unbearable, annoying and at one point you lose your patience with them and you want to toss them out of your house (of course I don’t refer to your own kids – we’re talking about little angels that belong to others). However, these angels that belong to someone else are your devil. How often has it happened that you return home to find out that that cousin of yours is coming to dinner the next day; yeah the same cousin who’s got 3 kids and the ones that drive you crazy when they’re  there.
